Common Ground Collaborative Coffee Amber Any brewer will tell you it takes copious amounts of coffee to make beer. Just as any late night coffee roasting requires a beer or two.

Like the surrounding Northwest forests we call our back yard, this beer is complex in its subtleties. From a clean malty profile to a moderate Noble-hop flavor and aroma, our Lager combines local ingredients and inspiration, which results in a beer that's a cut above the rest.

Dark Persuasion Delicate dark chocolate with a whisper of coconut You know you want it, go ahead and indulge. You can finally have German Chocolate Cake and drink it too.

There's no need to be nervous, it's just wickedly deep and full of flavor and desire. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels previously containing Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a big slice of heck yeah! Decline Barley Wine You asked and we listened! Keep it classy and drink responsibly. Dirtyface Amber Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard workers in our Valley.

The trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you! No need to wash up, just wash down. When money laundering, bribes, and prohibition take their toll, the baddest birds dip their beaks into this bitter yet smooth full flavored ale.

We put that same undeniable value into our newest beer, Kickstand Citra Pale. The beer stands firmly on a foundation of Warrior Hops for a pleasantly bitter base and then cruises to its destination on the cone-tails of the NW favorite Citra hop. Kick back against the bar, put your elbow on the table just as you were told not to do and enjoy our easy drinking ode to the little piece of metal that keeps your cruiser classy. Apres Harvest Once a year during the mad hop harvest, we take pounds of choice Yakima hops on the day they're picked and brew a beer for the ages.

This year we harvested Equinot Hops from Carpenter Ranches for their outstanding flavor and aroma. A crisp and refreshing Pale Ale with a pleasant hop presence that nudges the nose, tickles the taste buds, and has a fantastically fresh finish! This year we chose to freshly squeeze Mosaic Hops for their outstanding flavor and aroma. You want something dark, something strong enough to curl your powdered wig, and clean your wooden teeth. And that's what Big George represents Historically, as technology advanced Porters continued to be brewed stronger.

These copper-brown Lagers are lightly hopped with little to no hop presence allowing the toasted malt characters to be more evident. A local symbol of this same winter-to-spring transition is our free-range, backwoods, mountain goat or bock if you want to get all Bavarian and bring this thing full circle.

Like the mysterious highway that weaves and winds its way from Plain to Leavenworth, this full-bodied 'secret' alt will twist your taste-buds with a balance of hop bitterness and smooth chocolate, then bank flavors of roasted malt off your cheeks and finishes as fine as flannel. This strong, pale brew was then blended with a very light dose of Pinot Gris, adding a drying and mineral undertone to the mix.

The resulting quaff glows a pale and hazy gold hue, throwing flowery and fruity aromas into the air through its dense, ivory foam, supported by an extremely complex and satisfying yet dry flavor- perfect on its own, with a fine meal, or as a prelude to a ripping line down Cowboy Mountain's face or through the upper bowl of Heather Canyon. Fresh and easy to drink, this medium bodied golden ale has a moderate wheat flavor and malty sweetness.

No matter your shoe-style But we judged this carefully crafted a Scotch-style Ale by its cover Our Copper Ale finds itself at the crossroads of sweet and malty, full-bodied and strong, light and dark, wee and heavy. So regardless of what you call it, ordering another will be the best call you make all day. Rebel brewers, striking from the Northwest, have won their first victory against the Standard Style Empire. The Icicle Alliance has done their part by blending the power of the dark side with the balance of the hop force, creating a dark beer with an out of this world hop presences.

Come get a taste! Here for a limited time in our tap room ABV: Like the clouds cresting the mountain range this balanced Lager, with a medium-low body, is dark yet comforting. High in drinkability and low in hop presence, Drumfire Dark Lager offers a slight chocolate flavor without an overly sweet impression.

As lightning flashes and thunder rumbles low in the distance, remember that much like the storm, this great seasonal Lager soon will pass.

We took our already award winning Priebe Porter and aged it in cabernet sauvignon barrels from 37 Cellars winery. A Robust American Porter that captures princesses and palates alike with its rich aromas, strong malt character, and firm hop presence. Beat the game, silence the critics, and drink the beer! They've brewed a bronzed stud muffin running slow motion in the sand that delicately pulls you from the dangerous waters off Cheap Beer Isle.

Well we did that with a little modification to the Foreign Extra Stout by adding some good ol' red, white, and blue. Does this restaurant offer table service?
